Created Just for You

Every piece from Wall Art by Ashley is made to order through Gelato’s global print partners. Your artwork is produced only when you purchase it — one print at a time, crafted with care. This intentional process helps us reduce waste and keep production thoughtful. Because of this, certain returns aren’t possible, but we always make sure your artwork arrives beautifully.


If Something Isn’t Right

Your print should arrive in perfect condition. If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll take care of it.

Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the artwork and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund. Gelato requires photos to process claims, so images are essential.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery window, we’ll look into it with the carrier and Gelato. After confirmation, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.


Returns & Exchanges

Because each print is created specifically for your order:

  • Returns and exchanges aren’t available for size, color preference, or change of mind.

  • Please review sizing, framing options, and product details before purchasing.

This approach keeps our studio’s footprint small and our production intentional.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Production begins quickly. If you need to adjust or cancel your order, contact us right away. Once printing has started, changes may not be possible.


Address Issues

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for orders returned due to address errors.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank, typically 5–10 business days.
